Return Policy

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the country where they were originally purchased, if returned in saleable condition , provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached, within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact customer service for instructions on how to return your order for a full refund or please mail it to: info@pradoselect.com with the subject “return”. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it or within 21 days from delivery of original order

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy. Claimes and eligebility

We accept all return or exchange claims within 30 days of reciving the products ,you must contact us during this period.To be eligeble for claim the product must be in original package and unused unless in case damaging befor receiving that.We may require proof of purchase . Items discounted over 20% are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refund Confirmation

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Damaged upon arrival

If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange.We will provide a pre-paid shipping label that you can print at home, adhere to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post or depot or UPS store. Once we receive the item, we will re-send proper item to you free of charge. Unfortunately, this is only available to our Canadian customers at the moment. We only cover shipping for one exchange per purchase per customer.
